Terms of service
Please keep in mind this is a fundraiser we have volunteers of all ages help us and they do their best.
We ask that you refer any complaints to year-round staff rather than volunteers as volunteers are hard to come by, and we want them to have a positive experience.
Plants will be labeled, and planting advice is available at time of pick-up.
We will do our best to fill your order, and we will contact you if there are any issues or if the product is no longer available.
Orders are first placed/first filled. We do note the day and time your order was placed, if we are shorted by the nursery or have run out of what we have on reserve, we use this to assist us in making decisions and ensure that those who placed their order earlier than others receive first priority.
If something is not available we will issue you a refund, or see if there is something else you would like instead.
Please give us a good phone number and email or else we may not be able to contact you if your order has any issues, and we prefer to fix things as quickly as possible.
If you place a large order we may have you sign a pick-up slip that you have received your items at time of pick-up, we are happy to help you check your order.
Please check your order immediately at pick-up or as soon as practical!
Please contact us as soon as possible or within 5 days of order pick-up, if you have a miss-picked order, and we will correct it.
If your plant has failure to thrive call us at (906) 875-3765 we may be able to help you save your plant. We may offer to do a site visit or offer advice over the phone.
If your plant dies within 60 days after being planted properly and receiving proper care we will issue you a credit for next year or replace your plant.
You must contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to let us know if your plant is doing poorly or has failed to thrive.
You must contact us within 7 days of plant death to receive a credit.
After sale discounted items are only available to people who ordered from us to begin with, again this is a fundraiser to help the Iron Baraga Conservation District.
