Prairie Magic® Apple:  ('Goodland' x 'Mantet'). From Manitoba, this apple stands out because of its superior cold hardiness. The Prairie Magic apple is a Canadian cultivar originating in the 1950's and released to the public in 1999. The flesh is white, crisp, and sweeter than 'Goodland'. Delicious eaten out of hand and may also be used for cooking. Introduced by Jeffries Nurseries Ltd. Zone 3-6
