The Niagara White Seeded Grape is a popular, vigorous Vitis labrusca variety, known as the "White Concord," prized for its sweet, "foxy" flavor, making it excellent for white grape juice, jelly, fresh eating, and baking, though it's a seeded, slipskin grape requiring support and pruning for good yields. As the berries near harvest and become fully ripe, they separate easily from the pedicel (berry stem). If the berry is squeezed gently between two fingers, the thick skin will slip easily off leaving the pulp intact as a ball. This trait gives Vitis labrusca the name of "slip skin" grapes. It's a hardy, productive vine, best grown in full sun with well-drained soil. Zone 4-7
