760 Kansas Peony

The 'Kansas' peony (Paeonia 'Kansas') is an award-winning (1957 APS Gold Medal), herbaceous perennial known for its large, fragrant, double, watermelon-red to crimson blooms. Growing 30–36 inches tall, it features exceptionally strong stems, making it ideal for cut flowers and resisting lodging. It thrives in full sun, Zones 3–8, and blooms in late spring to early summer. Double red flowers that are non-fading.
